Join us remotely or in-studio

Virtual classes are listed right on our schedule and stream live alongside specific in-studio classes. When you register for a virtual option, you’ll receive a live class link via email before the start time, plus a recording afterward that you can access for one week.

If you’re joining us in-studio, we highly recommend pre-registering to reserve your spot.
